Since the lifting of lockdown in July, there has been a major focus in providing safety information on how to protect customers from Covid-19 in a way that will grab people’s attention and showcase your business.
With the current government advice including further measures to help tackle the spread of the virus, here are some tips to designing and producing effective safety graphics for your business.
QR Code Posters
With the rolling out of the government’s track and trace app, it is now a legal requirement for businesses to display a QR code that can be scanned by the app to allow people to check-in at restaurants, shops, railway stations and other places.
A lot of companies have simply opted for an official print out, but there is the potential to be very creative. The QR code needs to be clearly visible, however, it is possible to add your own copy around it, providing it does not interfere with the scan.
Some restaurants have used this to great effect to make the check-in process more inviting.
Floor Plans
Social distancing is leading to an increase in one way systems, but without clear signage, it is easy for customers to get confused.
What can help here are eye-catching printed floor graphics, either as little two metre spots or arrows that showcase not only the safe route through your business but also your brand.
Keep On Brand
Ultimately, as with any other graphics, the key thing outside of ensuring all the information is clear is that your displays are on-brand.
